McGill University Non-Academic Staff Association
 Representing McGill Non-Unionized Non-Academic Staff

McGill University Non-Academic Staff Association (MUNASA) was founded in 1972 as an organization representing the collective interests of non-unionized non-academic staff. Membership is open to administrative staff and others who do not come under the categories of unionized employees or academic staff. MUNASA represents the interests of its members on matters pertaining to salaries, benefits, and working conditions to the McGill Administration and directly supports its members on labour relations issues.
MUNASA is an association run by volunteers and acts independently of any other organized labour union or association. It is a member of the Conférence des associations des cadres et des professionels des universités québécoises (CACPUQ), a forum to exchange information amongst our sister university staff associations.
